Challenge

The academy faced significant challenges in manually tracking student installments, granting video access based on payment status, and managing support calls. Data was scattered across Excel sheets, leading to financial leaks and disjointed student support experiences.

Solution

I architected a full-stack solution using Django and Vue.js. The core innovation is the "Apollonyar" module, which automates support workflows (calls/SMS). I implemented a complex financial engine that handles split payments and installments, automatically syncing with the "Videm" video service to revoke/grant access based on real-time payment status.
